This page on Facebook was created on the day I thought it was all over.but it never is, the journey never ends... and so the inception of the abovelinked note :)
I feel blessed to have my Angels around me. I know in my Life, I always get things the hardway, once that I prove it, that I'm totally worthy of the goal I seek, do I get the pleasure of journeying and fulfilling it.

But then, when I sit down to count the blessings in the form of angels around me, my toughtest of setback seem like a fresh new start, My resilience to survive, to realign that I'm Alive.

If GOd and Murphy have gifted me one armour, one weapon against all odds, it's the gift of love and family, who surround me.
For once..expressions fail me, my words stand still, I really don't know what to say, than give you a warm embrace and say, I love you ^~^

In most of the cases, that I have observed, the hatred or contempt about an issue or a person, doesn't arise,cuz they are different.It arises, cuz they themselves mirror the same feature, which they royally seem to hate it in the person they see..

So when the extremists talk of exterminating their enemy..who are they referring to?
To their reflections seen outside,or to their own demons that lie inside?

It ain't just a hobby...
It’s something I love to pursue on a daily basis.

Day to day happenings in our country remind me of Ogden Nash’s poem, “This is gonna hurt just a li’l bit”..Only that ‘Lil Bit’ keeps swinging between the extremes of “Nothing at all”…& “Beyond Expression”. Of course you start wondering as to who measures how much is little…

I really don’t think we need to worry about the aftereffects of Global warming..In Fact humans are giving a tough takkar to the nature & doing a much better job at annihilation…
We seem to be having a festive season..with the color of the season being RED….In color therapy, it is said that when one starts feeling lethargic, one should include more of red in one’s Life…Maybe the forces are too tired of the sluggish nature of our democracy

As a natural process of evolution, man evolved steadily to be at the apex of Intricately woven Food Web.. Gradually, he learned to tame the savage within, channeling his energies for constructive purposes, enabling him to progress & be superior to the rest.
It’s often said that its this unique ability of realization of one’s potential to create as well as to destroy that has chosen him to be different…Unique..than all other living beings of the Animal & Plant Kingdom put together..

But looking at the current trend of events..I wonder..if we have achieved everything…
Is there no room for further progress?..
Have we reached the Ultimate pinnacle of Growth?

I ask so..because..one only stops constructing a building..when its completely built..finished..then there is nothing more to do…

If not, then Y are we reverting back to being feral again? Y are we engaging in mindless pursuits of making a battalion of clones?

If you are willing to discard your innate self and don the clonic avatar of the winner(majority)..then u might get ur passport to Live…
Otherwise..
Living isn’t quite an option one can consider having..in the long run…

According to Alfred Wegener’s Continental Drift theory..all the present landmass found on Earth were initially a part of one single mass known as Pangaea..which slowly fragmented & started drifting away..(n are still doing so)..to form..the present map of Earth.. As Earth is spherical, they will eventually come back..to join together..maybe not in the same form..but they'll be an integral unit back again. Similarly, it’s speculated that as the Universe is curved and we started from Singularity, all the energy & matter might come back to form Singularity albeit with some changes..

CYCLE OF nature…
Not probable..to reflect on humans?

Well…, we spent millenniums forming a civilization, and refining it…and bringing it to the present day level…covering an entire spectrum of 180degrees and now..as its own reflection, we seem to be covering the remaining semicircle…in the reverse motion…
Going back to the basics…
End of a cycle..or birth of a new beginning?
As per Einstein’s famous Equation
E = mc2
It’s a known fact, that when there is matter-energy conversion…it’s impossible to have O% loss…
And when there is a loss..U can never have the integral unit as it was..earlier..ever back again..
We never know..how long we can be a part of the change..which we ourselves are furiously etching on the whirlpools of Life..

Like Spidey’s Uncle said…“Power to change Lives comes with a colossal responsibility”
& when its devoid of it,…
Then it eventually ends up being the final nail to one’s own coffin…..

History keeps on repeating itself..
& So Do I..incessantly..

And this time we can see an overwhelming response from the youth eager and all set to actively take part in what decides the fate and change that'll govern India.
Ads Like Jaago re, went on to become a full fledged campaign driven by the youth to make the difference..
A candle march at Gateway of India, angry blogs on Mumbai Blasts,active participation by citizens & Media alike, which started on with a thought became a mass movement that enabled the change we will be seeing in the 2009 General Elections scenario...

About time..we do a knock knock and devote a 60 for the Earth

Earth hour; a WWF initiative, will be celebrated world over, as a symbolic drive to raise awareness & to take the much needed action for climate change

All you have to do is turn off the non-essential lights and electrical appliances for one hour on 28th March from 8.30pm to 9.30pm.

60 min ticking away in darkness. in black..switching off the lights,to have a BRIGHT Future..

After watching this Ad I actually started drinking Limca, not because the Ad suggested so, but the Ad per se was so creative and F5inG, that I felt compelled to ackNowledge iTs purpose..

Twas a Sultry nerve-wracking afternoon, when I saw this one..
it was a 42 sec Ad then,..I guess, after this gained popularity, the view time was increased to 2.07 min

I could actually feel the ad..Bugged by the business of Life,

a 5 min break which breaks into masti, a sparkle in the eye, with the icy cold splashes of water sprayed ..when she splashes it on his face,

jumping with all ur might on the puddle,

the child like excitement to hide, without being seen behind the tree(ahh..good ol times ;-)) and catching the person unawares..a la holi water balloon going splash on you,

resolving to dunk him..

and just when he thought it was over...

Political LEADERS shooting off statements...riots following the same..Innocent people getting killed..What has my beloved City come to?What on earth does he mean to imply by saying that Marathi speaking populace should be given preference,outsiders shouldnt be allowed to function or pursue their trade n commerce in Mumbai??..Does he realize what he has been implying all along?What his statement translates into is, that these people are too weak to support themselves, rather..they cant compete..n in case of any external competition, they fail to thrive or survive..I'm not saying this..Its him who means all this.Look around...n just think for yourselves...a creeper needs a support, a big tree can stand on its own...Why are people hell bent on insulting their own race? Its upon us to prove our mettle...n any1 works towards it..earn it for themselves..Isnt that true for every race???

I'm born n brought up in Mumbai..Doesnt that make me a Maharashtrian?Its my home, an everyday reason to live for..
Inspite of the multitude of opportunities to hopskotch out of the city & build the economy of other states, I chose to be in Mumbai, because I want my home to benefit out of my skills..So is this a price for being in love with Mumbai??

Divide n Rule..Britishers did it then...n our OWN Leaders are doing it now..Not again...not TO our melting cultural pot of diversities all delicately cast in 1 matrix, called Mumbai.
When Ms Williams was on her way back to earth,there were prayers echoing from all parts of India...inspite of she not being an Indian Citizen..we all still believe in her Indianess..cuz..when u search the roots(not just of her culture,but also of her own self)..it is found in her..How then can people who have left their families, trades,their comfort zones,courage...all behind..n have come to our city n embraced it with their all heart n soul...not be Maharashtrians?Arent they daily contributing to our city n catering to the needs of our people.. ???

we all value and cherish the diversity around us,n we all know..that when need arises...we will be in the 1st line of defense protecting the victims, n they doing the same for us..
From THe MUMBAI..that has been a beacon of hope for all those who came here..it has turned into a battlefield...A LAND OF HORROR N TERROR...for what..all these fights n deaths...?
who is the winner?
the survivors?...or the ones gone..never to come back to tell the tale..
nothing is ever proved like this..real test of strength is when u come out of the negative mould,n bring out this city from the depths of darkness it has sunk into..
rather than be a tainted name in the pages of history..istn it better to build up the city to greatness..with our limited infrastructure,area, funds..et al.
I dont think we need petty issues to fight on..
if we were all to team up..we can combat global warming..
aferall..y not unite..n built a submarine with each one's expertise...rather than ending up dead...just because..we were too busy to co operate even to save our own lives..
Trust me...if u actually c, no's outa agenda's to wrk upon..
If even a single political party were to realize this..n wrk for the sustainable development with all its components in tandem n intact..it would rise to pinnacles of success..without doubt!!!
